Carlson Silver Anniversary User Conference

I attended this event earlier this week (the only survey magazine to do so), and I must say I was quite impressed. More than 350 attendees, and more than 80 educational sessions, most of which carried CEU credit. I learned more about Carlson's products in two days than in all the years I've been writing about the company! This is a company that really believes in customer feeback.
